Almassi was founded by Saba Al Khalifa, a Graduate Gemologist holding qualifications from the Hoge Raad voor Diamant (HRD), with more than nine years of experience. Her studies in Antwerp, Belgium (one of the largest Diamond Districts in the world) has been integral in creating the first company in the GCC that caters to jewellery buyers’ individual needs.

SERVICES

1. CONSULTATION

Consultations at Almassi consist of a 1-2 week process, where Saba Al Khalifa will meet with each client and explain the 4C’s of diamond grading, and the intricacies of purchasing their required jewellery. After designating quality and budget, the customer will have access to the jewellery they require through Almassi’s exclusive database, which ranges from the GCC, Europe and India.

2. PURCHASING

Almassi is connected to regional and international jewellery stores and suppliers. From the initial consultation, the required gems/jewllery will be sourced within 2-3 days.
Depending on the supplier, Almassi will either bring the acquired items to you or personally take you to the appropriate vendor to complete your purchase.

3. DIAMOND GRADING

Saba Al Khalifa is a HRD Antwerp Graduate Gemologist certified in Diamond grading.
Each diamond is graded by the 4C’s,
Clarity, Colour, Cut and Carat
the four principles that affect the
value of your diamond.
